Refund and Cancellation Policy

What you pay for

KundliRahasya is a digital service. A one-time payment of ₹51 unlocks the full kundli analysis, PDF report and sharing features in the app on your device. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Refunds

• If your payment was deducted but the app did not unlock, write to us with the payment ID. We will unlock your access or refund the full amount.
• If you were charged twice for the same unlock, the extra payment will be refunded.
• Because the service is delivered instantly as digital content, we do not refund after a successful unlock only because you changed your mind. If you face a genuine problem with the service, contact us and we will try to fix it or refund.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank) through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel because the payment is one-time. Contact us if you paid by mistake.
